Overview

The Part Timer is a comprehensive workforce platform engineered to digitize Sri Lanka's gig and manual labor economy. Spanning physical labor (construction, ground handling, warehouse logistics), technical trades (electricians, HVAC techs, carpenters), and modern digital roles, the platform bridges informal workers with corporate contracts, featuring escrow milestones, identity vetting, and crew dispatch.

Why Formal Architectural State Diagrams?
Gig marketplaces fail when edge-case state transitions (e.g. contractor no-show, disputed escrow, mid-job crew replacement) aren't codified. Engineered complete visual state machines (`system-diagrams.html`) before writing code.

Microservices Separation
Isolated the Geolocation & Crew Dispatch engine from the financial Milestone Escrow subsystem to allow independent scaling during morning shift call-outs.
