How the status works

scripts/check-live.mjs requests every URL in content/live-projects.json before each build. A 2xx is Live; a Vercel or Cloudflare bot checkpoint (401/403/429) still means a server answered; hosts that block non-browser clients are verified by hand. A network failure on the build machine keeps the previous result instead of marking anything down. Most source code for these sites lives in private repositories.
